Herd Equity Release Ltd is a New Zealand owned company, based at Hamilton’s Innovation Park, in the heart of the Waikato. We operate in the dairy sector throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our primary business is to provide quality, high index heifers and cows to competent farmers that share the goal of high performance and excellent animal husbandry. The dairy cows that we supply on a lease basis will improve your herd production and increase the profit margin and income of your dairy farm. As part of our herd improvement programme, we source only the highest quality semen and bulls for our dairy farmers to use on their livestock herds, thereby continually improving the genetic pool of your herd.

Our secondary business which is a natural extension of our dairy herd leasing programme is the growing and trading of the retained progeny produced by our leased herds.

Jeremy Trebilcock – CEO

Jeremy has been involved with the Stock & Station industry for forty years and during this period has held a number of senior positions within the industry, including Northern Operations Manager for PGG Wrightson and Northern Regional Manager for Williams & Kettle. His academic record includes graduation at several advanced University Executive Development and Farm Finance programmes. Jeremy is an associate member of the Real Estate Institute.

Paul O'Sullivan - Director

Paul is a well known and highly successful rural real estate agent operating in the central North Island. The holder of several national and provincial sales awards, Paul is consistently rated in the top 10% of real estate sales performers in New Zealand. Prior to entering real estate Paul farmed a large mixed dairy, sheep and beef farm.
